For a bug, question, accessibility problem, or feature idea, use Style → Send feedback in Craft Library. The app prepares an email that you review before sending.
Before contacting support
- Include what you were doing and what you expected to happen.
- Include the app and iOS versions shown in the prepared feedback email.
- Add a screenshot only if it does not reveal information you do not want to share.
Backups and recovery
Use Backup → Export Backup to save a .craftbackup folder in Files. Keep that folder somewhere you control. Restoring replaces the current in-app library, so make a current backup first and read the confirmation screen carefully.
Privacy
Craft Library has no accounts, ads, analytics, or tracking. Read the full privacy policy.
Response
Support is provided by email on a best-effort basis. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.
